Piezoelectric Thick Films: Preparation and characterization

Abstract

In this chapter we will carried out an exhaustive review of the preparation of PZT thick films by infiltration method. Solution powder agglomeration, films densification, phase formation temperature, among others, will be ones of the topics that we will analyzed. Finally, we will analyze the structural and electrical properties of the PZT thick films as a function of the number of solution infiltration layers.
